A new series on MTV News is a chance to learn how to paint your own pumpkin illustrations, the way you do when you’re trying to create a splash of color and excitement.
We caught up with Tara Lopes to learn the basics of pumpkin painting.
“What you need to know is that there are several different types of pumpkin art,” Tara Lops told us.
“I have a whole collection of different things.
So I’ve got everything from the more classic, like the classic ‘white and blue,’ to more abstract, like ‘spicy pumpkin.'”
For the most part, it’s a very basic process.
The only things you have to do is get some kind of watercolor paper, get some pencils, and you can do it all in one sitting.
And then you just sort of go to the studio and do it.
It’s really easy to get a paintbrush or brush out, so it’s really, really simple to do.
“Pumpkin is one of the hottest trends in photography right now, with photographers taking photographs of every type of pumpkin.”
It makes you feel really good.””
You can do a little bit of everything and it’s actually quite a beautiful thing.
It makes you feel really good.”
When Tara and her boyfriend were visiting a local pumpkin farm, Tara decided to go with the boldest pumpkin she could find.
“He was really excited about it,” Tara told us of the decision.
“It was so beautiful and the pumpkin looked so different.
He wanted it so bad, and I had a lot more work to do than I thought.”
Tara then found herself drawn to another pumpkin, which she loved even more.
“So I went back to the same spot where I found it and it was really cute,” she said.
She decided to give it a try.
“And I got it and then he said, ‘Oh, it looks really good,’ and I was like, ‘Yeah, that’s great,’ so I was just so happy.”
She decided to try a few other pumpkin styles as well.
“After that, I was thinking about this and I thought, ‘What if I try this on this one and see if I like it more?'”
Tara said of the choice to try different pumpkin designs.
“Then I was really surprised by the difference in it.
I was amazed.”
Tristan and Tara were really excited to see how the designs turned out.
“It was like we could really tell,” Tara laughed.
“The little bumps, the little swirls, it was just amazing.
It was just such a fun experience.”
